We guarantee 2-4 hour response times for service calls within the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area during regular business hours. Emergency service is available 24/7 for existing maintenance contract customers.

Uptime Guarantee

JR Copier provides a 96% uptime guarantee for equipment under full-service maintenance contracts. Service credits will be applied if this standard is not met due to our service delivery.

Equipment Maintenance

All maintenance services are performed by certified technicians using genuine manufacturer parts and supplies. Regular preventive maintenance is scheduled to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service type:

• Lease payments are due monthly in advance
• Service contract payments are typically billed monthly or quarterly
• Sales transactions require payment terms as agreed in the sales contract
• Rental payments are due according to the rental agreement terms

Limitation of Liability

JR Copier's liability for service interruptions or equipment downtime is limited to service credits as specified in individual service agreements. We are not responsible for business losses or consequential damages resulting from equipment failures or service interruptions.

Data Protection

We implement appropriate security measures to protect customer information and business data. All equipment returned to us will have data securely wiped according to industry standards.

Termination

Service agreements may be terminated according to the terms specified in individual contracts. Both parties have the right to terminate services for breach of contract with appropriate notice.
