At JR Copier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that selecting the right copier or printer for your business is an important decision. If you're not satisfied with your equipment, we offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy.

Equipment purchased from JR Copier may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The equipment must be in like-new condition with minimal usage (less than 100 pages printed/copied).
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns of purchased equipment, except in cases of defective or damaged equipment upon arrival. The restocking fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory management costs.
Leased equipment is subject to the terms outlined in your lease agreement. Early termination may result in fees as specified in your contract. Please contact our leasing department at (888) 498-2550 to discuss early termination options.
If the leased or rented equipment doesn't meet your needs, we offer equipment exchange options. Exchange requests must be made within the first 30 days of the lease/rental period. Additional fees may apply based on the new equipment selection.
At the end of your lease term, equipment must be returned in good working condition with normal wear and tear. Excessive damage or missing components may result in additional charges. We will coordinate pickup and inspection at no additional cost.
If your equipment arrives damaged or becomes defective within the warranty period, we will replace or repair it at no cost to you.
Inspect your equipment immediately upon delivery. If damage is apparent, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for immediate replacement at no cost.
Equipment covered under manufacturer warranty will be repaired or replaced according to warranty terms. Contact us immediately if you experience any issues, and our technicians will diagnose and resolve the problem, typically within 2-4 hours.

Our team will review your request and issue an RA number, typically within 24 hours. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
Use the original packaging if available. Include all accessories, manuals, cables, and documentation. Ensure the RA number is visible on the package exterior.
Ship the equipment to the address provided with your RA number. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 5-7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
