Inspection Upon Delivery

Important: Inspect Your Equipment Immediately

It is critical to inspect your equipment as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage:

  2. 2.Take photos of any visible damage to packaging and equipment
  3. 3.Contact us immediately at (888) 498-2550 within 48 hours
  4. 4.Retain all packaging materials until damage claim is resolved

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier.
